Amp Analysis privacy policy

Tikamp LTD ("we") makes Amp Analysis, a Shopify app that works out what products earn after fees, shipping, marketing and refunds. This policy explains what Amp Analysis collects when a merchant installs it and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Your shop's domain and the access token Shopify gives the app, so Amp Analysis can load your products.
• The settings you save: fee rates, profit targets and default costs.
• Numbers you save for products, and the products you add to your saved list.
• How many Amp Analysis AI checks your shop used each month, and which plan you're on.

Amp Analysis reads product titles, descriptions, tags, prices and costs from your store to show profit. It doesn't request access to your customers or orders, and it stores no personal information about your customers.

Amp Analysis AI

When you use Amp Analysis AI, the product details, your numbers and any photo you upload are sent to Anthropic, which provides the Claude AI model, to write the answer. Amp Analysis doesn't keep the photos. Only use Amp Analysis AI with content you're allowed to share.

How we use it

We use this information only to run Amp Analysis for your shop: to calculate profit, show your saved list, apply your plan and answer AI requests.

We don't sell it, and we don't use it for advertising.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep your data while Amp Analysis is installed. When you uninstall it, Shopify tells us after 48 hours and we delete everything we stored for your shop.
